September 5: Remaining balance per person $195.00
Cancellation Policy:
On or after September 15: full forfeiture of money paid
On or after August 26: 75% forfeiture of money paid
On or after August 11: 50% forfeiture of money paid
On or after July 27: 25% forfeiture of money paid
*If the group must cancel due to low participation, all money will be refunded back to travelers.
The cancellation policy is per conference guidelines.
