Women's Missionary Society
The ladies of the Women’s Missionary Society help aid and support missionaries within our denomination to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At present we help 19 missionaries monetarily each month. To raise funds we have several projects during the year including chocolate peanut butter Easter eggs, chocolate candy of different kinds, cards, cutlery, flavorings and the Chick-N-Q’s. The WMS is in charge of running the new Apples of Gold Gift Shop. Every penny made will go in some way to support missions. No matter if you are 12 or 102 you are welcome to come and get involved with a great organization for a great cause.
WMS meets the 2nd Monday night each month at 7:00pm in the Choir Room
MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES:
Help is needed for the fund raising projects.
- Chick-N-Q’s: Ladies to help serve plates and bring bake goods
- Making and wrapping Easter eggs in February
- Making and bagging candy-different times during the year
- Volunteering to work in the Apples of Gold gift shop
